Where can I find pricing information?

You can find pricing information here.

What do I get if I purchase a package?

The cost depends on the number of news feeds you need . Each feed can show up to 30 articles at any given time. Each feed is updated once an hour and receives between 1 and 30 new stories every hour.

Is this a long-term commitment?

No, FeedZilla allows you to pay monthly, quaterly or yearly. If you cancel you will be billed for the current month but you won't be billed again. And you can cancel at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal and various credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Eurocard, Diners Club, Carte Blanche, JCB.

Do you accept non US credit cards?

Yes, we do.

Cancellation

Will I get my money back if I cancel within 30 days?

Yes. if you cancel your subscription within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing and you will get all your money back. So you have nothing to lose, give it a try!

How can I cancel an account?

You can cancel at anytime by clicking on "Cancel my account" in your My Feedzilla / My account page.

I canceled my account but did not received my refund, why is that?

If this happens, you can contact us and we will give you your refund as soon as possible. We will need the email address you used to make your payment on Paypal/Multicards.

You can sign-up here

What is the registration procedure?

• You enter your details here, we will then send you your login details.
• You will then be taken to the payment page where you will be able to pay using Paypal or your credit card.
• As soon as we receice the payment confirmation (within 1 minute), we will automatically activate your account
• You sign in and can fully enjoy your account.

I subscripted to FeedZilla but somehow PayPal canceled it. What is wrong?

You can restart your subscription. Please contact us and provide us your USERNAME and the email address you used to make your payment on Paypal/Multicards.

Do I get technical support?

Yes, we do provide an unlimited email, chat and phone technical support to assist you.

What is a news feed?

A news feed is a data format used for serving users frequently updated content.

What is a widget?

A widget is a self-contained piece of code that you can move anywhere inside your own website (or in the sidebar of blogs). In other words, our widgets make it easy for you to add our news feeds to your own website and blog.

Where does FeedZilla's content come from?

FeedZilla continually tracks, collects, categorizes and delivers online content from thousands qualified, handpicked content providers. Content is collected 24 hours per day, 7 days a week from an ever-growing list of content providers, including: major online media, local and regional publications, industry journals, companies, governments, universities, PR companies, official organizations, associations, shopping guides and weblogs. How frequently are the feeds updated?

We update all our feeds once an hour. We update news feeds in the top news category once every 15 minutes.

What is the difference between news feeds and widgets?

A news feed is an RSS feed in XML format. We believe that many people don't know how to parse the content of RSS feeds. This task require some strong programming skills. Therefore we provide easy-to-use widgets which make the integration of RSS feeds into your site a lot easier.

1. Design your content widget.
2. Paste the code we give you in the end into the pages of your site
3. The code will automatically show the latest version of the feed hosted on our site. So you basically need to paste the code only once

I am really enthusiastic about your services but I can't find the information I need for my website. What can you do about it?

We have thousand of pre-defined categories of feeds, so we invite you to explore them. If you can't find what you're looking for, you can run searches using keywords. For example here is a news feeds related to the "New-York Yankees".

Can I use a widget more the once?

You can use the same widget on the same site or blog more than once. If you want to use the same widget on more than one website, you will have to contact us

Do I need to maintain the Widgets I create?

No, the only thing you need to do is add the code of the Widgets to your website or blog only ONCE. We will then automatically (and remotely) update their content. You will be able to modify your Widgets from the "My Feedzila" section without touching the code on your site or blog. This is Magic!

Does our site require FTP in order to work with FeedZilla services?

No. Our widgets do not require FTP access. The news feeds hosted by Feedzilla don't require FTP either. HOwever if you purchase at least a Platinum package, we can send the feeds to your site using FTP.

Can you send me feeds via FTP? And how does it work?

Yes we can. Using FTP means that the feeds are delivered to your site instead of using our widgets or accessing them from our site. All you have to do is give us a list of feeds you need. You can find this list here and send us an excel file while on the LEFT column the category (e.g. business) and on the SECOND column the sub category (e.g. marketing). Of course you should also send us your FTP details.

What programming languages are your Widgets compatible with?

Our Widgets can be added to your site using HTML, Javascript, ASP or PHP code. The code generated is always very short and easy to add to your site or blog.

Do the FeedZilla's content widgets support feeds in rdf format?

Yes.

The widgets don't work once located on my site, how can I fix it?

This problem can occur when your website's CSS in conflicting with the properties values you set for the widget. You can try to set the "show source and "show date" options to NO. If that does not solve the problem, feel free to contact us.

Do the links to the full articles open in a new browser window (e.g. _blank)?

Yes, they do. As an option you can disable those links so they're not clickable.

Modify

Where can I modify widgets I've already created?

You can modify them in the "My Feedzilla" Section. Clicking on "Edit  Feed" allows you to modify the sources of the feeds ( e.g. Art / Marketing). Clicking on "Edit Widget" allows you to modify the design of your widget.

Would I be able to remove some articles from a feed?

Sorry for now this is not possible. Our system works automatically so we can't remove individual articles?
