Beirut Towers launches in Dubai
Plus Properties has launched a $125m project called Beirut Towers, a luxury residential development that will be based within TECOM's International Media Production Zone. The projet will consist of two towers - Ashrafieh and Verdun with over 23 floors each.

The long-delayed Ivory Tower residential project in Dubai is expected to begin on Nov 1 after more than three years since it was launched, The National has reported. A spokesman for Saudi-based Sokook Investment Group, the project developer said the delay was due to a demand by TECOM, for a bank guarantee from the developer before construction could begin.
