'Dancing with the Stars'' Chuck Liddell Gets Ready to Two Step
"The Iceman" cometh to the country two step on this week's "Dancing with the Stars," and only ET is inside the private rehearsal when Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell and Anna Trebunskaya get ready for the hoedown! "It is more fun walking out for a fight [than on 'Dancing with the Stars'], because I am totally relaxed," the former Ultimate Fighting Champion tells ET. "Coming out here, I am a little nervous. When I get the first steps out of the way, I relax. Maybe I will relax more once we get going." Chuck tells ET that UFC fighting is harder on his body, but that dancing is also hard work and there is a lot of skill involved. His pro partner agrees, joking with ET, " I don't make him bleed or break his bones."

'Biggest Loser' Fan Fave Tara: You Don't Break the Fat Mentality Overnight
Tara Costa didn't win her season of "The Biggest Loser," but she did have the distinction of being the contestant who never fell below the yellow line. She was also the contestant who cleaned up on the challenges, which would have made her a target if she had ever had a bad week on the scale. As a result, Tara became a fan favorite, and an inspiration to millions of people who watch the weight-loss show. "It is such a strange experience knowing that people have made that connection with me," Tara tells ET. "When I went on 'The Biggest Loser,' I was a girl around 300 pounds, and I was so unhappy. I wasn't living my life. I went on national television to lose weight. If you think about it, it is sad. I thought I needed that much help. I went on that journey for me and, I think, that is why people connected with me. I wanted to change. I don't pretend that it is easy. You don't break the fat mentality overnight."

President Obama Wins Nobel Peace Prize
The Norwegian Nobel Committee has announced that the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize will be awarded to President Barack Obama "for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples." This makes Obama only the third sitting president of the United States to receive this prestigious honor. Woodrow Wilson won in 1919 and Theodore Roosevelt in 1906. Jimmy Carter was honored in 2002, well after his departure from the Oval Office in 1981. The committee took particular note of Obama's "vision of a world free from nuclear arms."
