SHOOT ON SIGHT also stars Om Puri, Brian Cox, Laila Rouass, and Sadie Frost.

ELITE SQUAD (TROPA DE ELITE) is based on the experiences of one of its screenwriters, Rodrigo Pimental. Padilha and CITY OF GOD's Bráulio Mantovani also earn credit for the script.
