Jim Caruso's Cast Party has announced a yearly holiday treat: four special nights with celebrated & beloved performer CHRISTINE EBERSOLE, accompanied by pianist BILLY STRITCH, as part of the long-running, Nightlife Award-winning concert series Broadway at Birdland.

European producer Werner Signer announced the workshop of "The Count Of Monte Cristo," the latest Wildhorn/Murphy collaboration, which opens in St. Gallen, Switzerland on March 24, 2009. The European pre-cast recording, which was recorded in Vienna in English with both European stars and Brandi Burkhardt as Mercedes, has been #1 on the European charts for two weeks now.

In honour of its 50th anniversary, the Manitoba Theatre Centre will officially unveil a commemorative sculpture of its co-founders, John Hirsch and Tom Hendry, on Monday, November 10 at 1:30 pm.
