Olympic sprinter's fancy capework on the paso doble was impressive, but it also wasn't enough to keep him around.
MSNBC.com Wednesday, November 12, 2008Amazing Race 13, 14 fake results posted on Wikipedia
Results for the entire Amazing Race 13 and Amazing Race 14 seasons have been posted on Wikipedia, although they were quickly removed and, for season 14 at least, are pretty clearly fake. (Of course, anyone can edit most Wikipedia pages any time.)
The results for this season were posted Monday, and ranked the remaining teams and their places during episodes 8, 9, 10, and 11. Someone else reverted the page back four seconds later.
The person who added the results to the page initially--whose IP address is from Montevideo, Mexico--also posted contestant names and elimination orders for Amazing Race 14, which started production the weekend of Nov. 1.
In other words, it's still being filmed, meaning the season 14 list is obviously fake, never mind the fact that its challenge and location descriptions are mostly copied and pasted from other seasons' Wikipedia entries. We can probably safely assume the season 13 list is similarly inaccurate, even if the top three are plausible. The Amazing

Top Chef 5 arrives at 10 p.m. ET tonight, just in time to drag the network out of its post-Project Runway, filler-filled (First Class All the Way is a joke, right?) doldrums. The first episode is 75 minutes long, and introduces us to the 17 new contestants who will compete in new york City.
Besides the typical change in venue, there's one major change this season: Ted Allen, who's been a permanent judge since season three, is out because he has his own Food Network show, Food Detectives, and now cannot appear on Bravo. "I've had enviable luck, in my opinion, at getting away with judging food on two competing networks over these past five seasons of 'Top Chef' and 'Iron Chef America.' But I knew all along that if I ever got a larger presence on some other show, I was going to have to commit to one network or another. Food Network, it is!" Allen wrote on his blog last month.
A number of guest judges will appear in the fourth judges' chair, but new judge Toby Allen doesn't appear until

Although American Idol contestants are locked into a three-month contract, 19 Entertainment said "if the contestant is in danger of losing a recording contract because of that, [19] generally will allow them out of their contract."
That's what a spokesperson told MTV News, which reports "that 'Idol' contestants are generally required to sign a contract that gives Sony/BMG exclusive rights for a period of three months."
MTV News followed up on American Idol 7 contestant Josiah Leming's publicist's claims that he was being threatened by 19 Entertainment after landing a record deal with Warner Brothers.
But the spokesperson told MTV News that Josiah's contract expired "a few months ago, so we are not sure what controversy people are talking about. ... 19 Entertainment wishes Josiah the best of luck on his album release."
What could the controversy be about? Generating publicity for an album release? Josiah is playing dumb. "Honestly, legally, I have no real idea [about the rumored l
