Is Pregnancy Affected By Previous Abortions And Exercise?
Women who have had two or more induced abortions have a reduced risk of pre-eclampsia by 60 %. It is not currently understood to what degree physical activity during pregnancy protects against pre-eclampsia, compared to previous studies. This is shown in two new studies from the Norwegian Institute of Public health (NIPH) that use data from the Norwegian Mother and Child Cohort Study (MoBa).

Low Potassium Levels Linked With High Blood Pressure; Blacks Have Stronger Association, Study Finds
Researchers have found that low potassium levels correlate with high blood pressure, regardless of salt intake or cardiovascular risk factors, and the association is stronger among blacks, according to a study presented this week at the American Society of Nephrology's annual meeting in Philadelphia, Reuters health reports.
