Neo Solar Power (NSP) and Solarday S.p.A. announced that the two companies have entered into a 5-year solar photovoltaic cell sales contract with a total value of US $210 million. This new contract, which will run from 2009 to 2013 comes in addition to an existing 3-year sales contract between the two companies.

Canadian Solar Inc. (CSI) announced that it has signed a sales contract with Systaic AG of Germany. Systaic will purchase 60 megawatts (MW) of regular solar modules for delivery in 2009. Systaic has been a customer of CSI since the beginning of 2008.

Tetra Tech Inc. announced that it has been awarded two engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts and one balance of plant (BOP) construction contract for wind farms.
