MySpace buys music recommendation service iLike
(Telecompaper) Social networking site MySpace said it has acquired social music service iLike. No financial terms of the acquisition were released. It tracks what users listen to and like and gives recommendations on new music based on that data as well as what users' friends are listening to. It is the top music application on Facebook, Bebo and Hi5. MySpace said iLike will remain headquartered in Seattle.
