(Telecompaper) Verizon Communications told a court that the sale of Nortel Networks' enterprise business to Avaya jeopardizes critical US law enforcement, anti-terrorism and national defense interests, because Avaya has said it will not take on Verizon support contracts, the Wall Street Journal reported.
