Google Android Donut Out of The Oven and on The T-Mobile G1
Google's Donut build of the Android mobile operating system software is spotted on T-Mobile G1 phones. Donut is not actually Android 2.0, but a sort of mash-up of development features. Donut boats Google's universal search engine experience, Google Voice Search, CDMA support and other desired functions to help Android gadgets, in particular the T-Mobile myTouch 3G, better compete with Apple's iPhone. MyTouch 3G with Google comes out August 5. - Numerous blogs this weekend reported sightings of the new Google Android quot;Donut quot; code on G1 phones. Will Gold Continue to New Highs?
Mark O'Byrne submits: Gold: Gold is continuing its positive momentum and hit a 7 week high of $958.40/oz earlier this morning. If it continues this positive run, all time highs are likely to be challenged when it can break through, and stay above, a major resistance of $966/oz. Any correction is expected to be short lived as continuing dollar weakness and a higher oil prices add to the positive fundamentals of gold.Gold's strength is all the more remarkable given the fact that the western consumer world has been a massive seller of gold in recent months (very significant scrap jewellery sales) and yet despite this very large increase in supply gold remains near record highs (nominally).Complete Story »

While in many cases this was necessary, companies are now finding that the aftermath to this decision has left employees feeling anxious that they might be the next to go, scared not knowing what the direction of the company is, and lost in the unknown. In order for companies to thrive in this economy it is critical that they get a clear strategic plan. What does this mean?
