Moody`s may downgrade Chrysler ratings SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Moody's investors Service said late Tuesday it may downgrade the ratings of Chrysler Automotive LLC. Moody's has a B3 corporate family rating, a B1 senior secured first lien term loan rating, and Caa1 senior secured second lien term loan rating on Chrysler. About $7 billion of debt is affected.
