Toyota to cut North America production further: WSJ SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- Toyota Motor Co. plans further production cuts across the board at its North American plants because of poor sales and high inventory at factories, The Wall Street Journal reported late Friday on its Web site. The cuts are in addition to those announced in November. 'This affects production at each plant we have in North America,' a Toyota spokesman told the Journal.
