Terraco Gold Corp. ('Terraco') (TSX VENTURE:TEN) received from the TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') on May 13, 2009, approval to amend the exercise price and expiry date of the four million warrants issued on May 9, 2007 (please see News Release dated April 22, 2009). The warrants will now expire May 9, 2012. The exercise price per warrant from May 10, 2009 to May 9, 2010 will be $0.15. The exercise price from May 10, 2010 to May 9, 2012 will be $0.35.
