Assisted delivery
Indian Oil Corporation had a press conference to announce the launch of its SMS facility for booking LPG cylinders. Petroleum Minister Murli Deora was quickly registered as a consumer to demonstrate how the service worked and he sent an SMS ordering a refill. Except, the junior minister Jitin Prasada called the toll free number to say, Make sure the cylinder reaches 65, Lodhi Estate (Deoras residence).
