Helen has been in and around the library services business in Canada for a number of years. She joins OCLC and LTS most recently from the National book Service in Toronto where she worked primarily with public libraries in the areas of print materials, A-V materials, and e-book database platforms. Prior to that, Helen was the Operations Manager at the Library Services Centre in Kitchener, Ontario, where she was responsible for several areas, including Cataloguing, Customer Service, and Information Systems.
