Book shows life after the oil runs out (AP)AP - 'World Made by Hand' (Atlantic Monthly Press, 256 pages, $22), by James Howard Kunstler: Dark days are coming. Oil will run out, temperatures will rise, governments will crumble and survivors will be forced to scratch out a preindustrial existence amid the detritus of the 20th century. yahoo.com Friday, March 21, 2008
Food for the Soul and Pocketbook!!Agenda I guess keeps the virtual world separated from the real world especially in gambling! Nevertheless I wanted to share a friend of mine's summary of recent events....not meant to be a political statement but a macro-economic statement and imo my friend is spot on....thought you might find it interesting!!*'Yea, I've been following all of this for several weeks now. It takes a long time for this all to unwind, though. The Federal Reserve 'printing money out of thin air' is exactly what Ron Paul was always talking about when everyone thought he was crazy. Now maybe everyone will see that he isn't, even though no one ever sees him on TV news. Every time the Federal Reserve bank develops some new way of getting money to the Banks at discounted rates (First the anonymous Term Auction Facilities, now this $200 B 28 day loan window), they decrease the value of your savings account and of the dollar. That's the 'inflation tax' that people talk about. [Btw, Elliot Spitzer was fighting casinomeister.com Friday, March 21, 2008
WARNING: BetEd - Shittiest bookie on the net*My story with BetEd*First off I see that they have 50% bonus on your first bet up to $250 so I bet $500 and I win. However, the bonus is not added to me since they do not accept over/under just moneyline or vice versa on the bet. That sucked bigtime but it is listed under t&c so I accepted that.Anyways, when I send this email to the support they add 15% bonus to my account (75$ in this case) and after that I realize that they have shitty odds so I withdraw and expect my bonus to be forfeited. But this withdrawal never occured and when I logged on I see that they have cancelled my request without telling me about it and I ask why and they say I havnt fulfilled the wager requirement. So I say to them that they can forfeit my $75 bonus, just let me cashout the resten and everything shall be fine. BUT they tell me that they cannot forfeit the bonus and my money is locked with them until I wager 5x deposit+bonus = 2875$.This sucks ever bigger since I do not wish to make -EV bets with casinomeister.com Friday, March 21, 2008

Chris Proudfoot (25) has apparently fled his parents' home and is in hiding, but a friend disclosed to reporters that it was rumoured Proudfoot was playing high stakes poker and ended up in financial difficulties. 'The word is that he was playing high-stakes poker online and got himself in too deep,' the friend said. 'It's a shock to think that Chris has been gambling away his employers' money. We never had him down as a gambling addict. He doesn't go to the bookies in town and we've never known him to bet on anything.' Proudfoot worked for several years as a finance and credit controller for Inverness telecom firm HIGHnet. HIGHnet bosses asked Proudfoot to clear his desk five w casinomeister.com Friday, March 21, 2008

Cooking Gourmet with 99¢ FoodAs food gets more expensive, preparing a meal for a large family can seem daunting. Christiane Jory offers an innovative solution in The 99¢ Only Stores Cookbook. As off-putting as the concept may seem, her dishes, created entirely with 99-cent ingredients, are deceptively fancy. NPR Friday, March 21, 2008
