Plenty more action has taken place at the Full Tilt Online poker Series as events #4 through #7 have come to a conclusion. First up, Friday's Event #4 was a Pot Limit Hold'em tournament with buy-ins of $200 + $16. Marco Traniello was the host and the 1,076 players buying-in helped exceed the $200,000 guaranteed prize pool to the tune of $215,200. read more in pokerworks.com

If you play tournament poker, it is inevitable that you will find yourself short stacked. The easy thing to do is to shove all your chips in and hope you get lucky, but there can be an art to playing the short stack and if done correctly you will find yourself making it deeper in tournaments and maybe even turning that short stack into a big stack. read more in pokerworks.com

The World poker Crown Championship drew an impressive field of 2214 players. The preliminary tournament had a $1050 buy-in with the guarantee of 8 players making the televised final table and, of course, taking down the $1 Million dollar First Prize.

Overall the tournament was a lot of fun to watch and generated a lot of excitement in the online poker communities and poker rooms. This tournament is only going to get better the next time around.
