The exciting bit with the World Series of poker is that a lot of events, well most events, have a final table that is like a roller coaster. Chip leaders often are not chip leaders for very long, and occasionally an unknown underdog will rise up and beat the stuffing out of people with household names and an entire wing of their home dedicated to trophies and bracelets. Event #23 was not one of these events. The final table had all the suspense and drama of a battle hardened Roman Legion getting its swords up against a group of Shriners.
