Poker pro Marcel Luske, 'The Flying Dutchman,' has launched the Federation Internationale de poker Association (FIDPA) in an effort to standardize the rules of tournament poker worldwide. Along with fellow pro Michelle Lau, Luske collaborated with Jack McClelland and Doug Dalton of Bellagio, the first place to use the rules, and the poker Tournament Directors Association (TDA), to come up with the International poker Rules (IP Rules).
