Last year poker playing Westmoreland, Pennsylvania lawyer, Larry Burns, was charged with organizing a poker game that was busted by the police, and now the state is coming after Burns for some cash. Specifically they are interested in confiscating $40k that they found during the poker event, including over $30k that was donated to the Westmoreland County Fire Department, which was hosting the event.
