With well under a year left on his 51-month sentence, Survivor winner Richard Hatch wants to be let out of prison, writing in a court document about himself in the third person that 'Hatch's portrayal on 'Survivor' and his media-concocted caricature as continue to unfairly bleed into legal proceedings and wield unjust influence.'Richard 'is representing himself, [and] filed the request Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Providence' saying 'in a 43-page memo that he should be released because he is innocent, was represented by ineffective lawyers and that a judge improperly calculated his prison sentence,' according to the AP.Those sound a lot like the arguments he's made earlier, but a federal appeals court denied his appeal and the Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal last October. Hatch now maintains that he caught other people cheating and CBS promised to pay his taxes if he won, which CBS denies.He's scheduled to be released Oct. 7, shortly before Survivor will begin filmi
