Kris Allen's album, which will be out Nov. 17, is #63 (as of 10 p.m. ET Tuesday). Adam Lambert is also selling more records than Barbara Streisand, who just released a new album today, and also leads music by Harry Connick, Jr., The Beatles, Susan Boyle, Mariah Carey, Michael Buble, Madonna, and Alice in Chains, the other artists in the top 10. A Tuesday morning story in the New York Post reported said that 'Lambert's record company, RCA, did not announce that it was taking pre-release orders' and 'sales were all propelled by word of mouth.' Following their arrest last Thursday in Texas, actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid are being asked to voluntarily return to California. The Santa Barbara District Attorney is requesting their appearance in this criminal case. Lee Carter, Senior Deputy District Attorney, told ET, "Should the defendants not agree to voluntarily return to California, or should they fail to appear on a date agreeable to both sides, then this office will seek to extradite the defendants by legal process back to California." The Quaid's were arrested for allegedly not paying a $10,000 hotel bill at the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, CA. The couple posted bail to be released from jail.
