ImVisioN Therapeutics AG, a biopharmaceutical company pioneering intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILITT), today announced that it has obtained positive Phase I clinical results for its lead product, IVN201 (Cat-MAT), an immunotherapeutic product for the treatment of cat dander allergy. The study was conducted from August 2008 to March 2009 in a total of 20 patients with allergy to cat dander.

Change In How HbA1c Results Are Reported - Diabetes UK
The way in which HbA1c results are reported in the UK is changing. From 31 May 2011, HbA1c will be given in millimoles per mol (mmol/mol) instead of as a percentage (%).HbA1c results, which measure blood glucose levels over two to three months, are currently given as a percentage. For most people with diabetes, the HbA1c target is below 6.5 per cent, although this can vary from person to person depending on individual circumstances.
