Solar Power Partners, based in Mill Valley, develops, owns and operates solar projects, including San Francisco's largest completed system, a 385-kilowatt system on four warehouse buildings in the Bayview/Hunters Point neighborhood. The company also said its funds extend to wind and biomass projects. The company has completed 37 projects totaling 13 megawatts so far. "This is great news for the solar industry and SPP and I personally feel very comfortable," von Welceck said
