US Climate Bill - a start, but not yet enough
There's still a long way to go, but the draft energy and climate bill unveiled yesterday in the US Congress gives some idea of what American climate policy may look like in coming years. The bill provides for strong long term targets, efficiency legislation, a cap and trade system, sets a goal of 25% of US electricity to come from renewable energy by 2025. Time to break out the champagne? Not quite.

CLEARWATER, Fla. - The American Civil Liberties Union of Florida and its Pinellas County Chapter filed a federal lawsuit today on behalf of local business owners Heriberto and Lorraine Quintero, whose First Amendment rights have repeatedly been trampled on by the City of Clearwater. It is a platform where webmasters and bloggers can find an unmatched selection of easy to use, automatically updating and professional news widgets for their sites.
