Smith suspended, but the league did issue a penalty Friday, fining Cuban $25,000 for talking to Smith at halftime and for going onto the court after Tuesday?s game at Denver.Cuban was upset over Smith throwing an elbow (which missed) at Antoine Wright and wanted Smith suspended. ?What can I say??
