Media day hijinks quite tame
The great people of Colorado will surely sympathize that the weather here in Tampa, Fla., for Super Bowl media day, while perfect at first, became a tad too warm beneath a bright sun by the end. It is supposed to cool down and gloom over by the weekend. The hijinks were relatively tame at media day this year. There was no damsel in a wedding dress proposing marriage to Ben Roethlisberger, as was the case last year with Tom Brady. There was some dancing between a lady and a few Arizona Cardinals linemen in one corner of the media gathering. And a reporter from Access Hollywood asked Larry Fitzgerald who had the better hair, him or Tony Polamalu? Fitzgerald politely corrected her. It's Troy Polamalu. And Troy, right, has the better hair, Fitzgerald said. Mike Klis, The Denver Post/Getty photo
