French anti-filesharing law overturned

The report is based on nationwide research from an ongoing project that monitors the performance of mobile carriers in terms of actual user experiences. More than 1,300 UK mobile broadband users downloaded at random Epitro's broadband monitoring software with 1.4 million test results from December 2008 until May 2009 being recorded.
