(Telecompaper) KPN wants to push its mobile market share in Belgium and Germany to 20-25 percent, the Dutch telecom said during an analyst day in Paris. KPN currently has a market share in Germany at 15.4 percent and in Belgium at 16 percent, in terms of sales, and 25 percent in both countries when looking at subscriber numbers. In the first quarter, KPN's German operations reported a margin of 41.6 percent and in Belgium one of 32.5 percent. The Germany market share. Subscriber nuymbers are not known for France but the Spanish operations recorded a number at 200,000. KPN wants Spain and France to break even in 2010 and 2012 respectively, with an unfettered cash flow. KPN has in France a contract with Bouygues and in Spain with Orange with the brand Simyo. IBM will announce a number of new cloud computing products and services June 15, according to The New York Times.
